Lack of Respect and Professionalism.

Disappointing experience at Pearl Inn, Saddar Karachi. Upon arrival, I asked the security guard where to park my bike, and he directed me to the back. However, after parking, a staff member asked me to remove it, claiming it wasn't allowed. When I explained the situation, he became aggressive and pulled my bike.When I took the issue to the manager and front desk officer, they dismissed my concern, blaming the domestic staff and implying I was at fault. Their response was unprofessional and unhelpful.What really bothered me was the clear lack of respect and professionalism. It's disheartening to feel judged based on my mode of transportation. If I had arrived in a luxury car, would they have treated me differently? It's unfortunate that people are still judged by materialistic things. I'm not asking for special treatment, just basic respect and courtesy.Considering the treatment I received, I wouldn't recommend Pearl Inn to anyone. The lack of accountability and poor customer service is disappointing. Perhaps they should work on training their staff and management to provide better service, regardless of a guest's appearance or vehicle."

The hotel met my expectations. It was clean, they had hot running water, power, reliable Wifi, and AC. The staff was professional and were able to quickly check me in the hotel. Beds were clean and hotel provided good room service. Rooftop area was amazing. Breakfast was ok. The omelet was great. I wished they had some options for children like cereal, donuts, pastry etc. However, the service at the breakfast area was exceptional. The location is in a busy area of Karachi, but worth it because you are close to major points of interest. I would stay again next year, and would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Karachi.

Lunch from inside the hotel was not good, ordered biryani and it was very bad and too high in price as well.Better options were available outside the hotel on walking distance

Only need sound proof window because some the time when you sleep at night noises from the road coming into the room

Staff was very friendly and professional. They were always willing to go above and beyond to help.

Room was small and had no view. Plus only one room key also when you remove the and leave everything including Fridge turned off. Also QC temperature control was not sufficient and room was warm.

The amount which was shown at the time of booking was different and much more when I enquired from counter staff they did not have any satisfactory answer

I visited Hotel Pearl Inn, with my family. Superb place and extremely outstanding service .The hotel's prime location is a highlight, making Saddar,Clifton,Tariq rd,Pechs, Zainab market,Burns rd easily accessible.Cleanliness is a standout feature,another thing i liked the most is their safe environment for families,24 hrs survelance cctv.*only suggestion i hv is to  please post signs in elevator for a mosque on 9th floor.i prayed in room because i didnt know that theres a mosque in hotel.

The only problem i had was with their laundry service my fleece was lost for 4 days but i got it back and also wrong ladies dress was delivered to my room .which i decided to return as it was of no use to me ??,but overall they were good.

Pearl inn was truly amazing and focused on customer service.The hotel was clean and safe.mr munir, went above and beyond ,we ladies felt safe in this hotel.Atrium Mall is a short walk to the hotel.  Perfect location for us, transportation is easily available, We loved the family atmosphere, dinner or breakfast. The staff was very helpful and respectfull.My family enjoyed the complimentary breakfast which made mornings so much easier.food was great too,would reccomend to try their chicken /mutton karahi delicious.The hotel was superb but what really sets them apart is their service. Thank you!!We will definitely stay here again inshaAllah.and lasltly upcoming gym will be delight for boys but we ladies would love to have a salon too.

The hotel's location is excellent, with almost all essential amenities conveniently nearby. The staff is exceptionally cooperative, always eager to assist in every possible way. The rooms are well-maintained, clean, and offer a high level of comfort.

I was disappointed with the breakfast buffet. It would be better with a greater variety of options. For example, replacing Mango Tang with fresh mango juice would be an improvement. Additionally, the selection should include sweet items, such as biscuits or cakes, for guests who prefer a lighter breakfast with tea.

Hot water not coming for 24 hours. Betveen 10 pm to 6/30 am cold water come . When we complain they said its because less gas supply.

The support staff (cleaners, room service, waiters) were really professional and nice. The hotel/room was clean, and room service was available at almost all times. The room itself was a reasonable size and was comfortable.

The managerial staff (at the reception) was very disappointing at this time. I've stayed at this hotel before, and for some reason, they moved the competent people into the evening shift. I was feeling sick and ordered items from the local store to be delivered to the hotel. The reception refused to send those items up to the room, and after a ridiculous 2 hour wait, I had to go collect the items myself - items that needed refrigeration.
